Yes & No...

When you become an InstantMember user you are granted a single domain user licence.  This entitles you to install our software on any one domain.  If required (for example: for testing purposes) you may delete this single domain key from your account and then register a new domain key.

Should you wish to operate additional membership site using InstantMember (and many of our clients do) you can simply add additional domain licences to your account.  Additional domain licences can be purchased at a discounted rate from inside your member panel.
